Dagmar Celuchova Bosanska is a state counsellor who helps governments to come up with innovations and offer new value propositions in the digital era. Dagmar studied information technology, mobile communications and statistical signal processing at the Vienna University of Technology. Currently, Dagmar is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Slovak strategy for the EU initiative: Digital Single Market at the Deputy Prime Minister's Office for investments and information society. She was an expert in the Enterprise Architecture Office at the Ministry of Finance responsible for the new concept of eGovernment 2020 in line with the EU eGovernment Action Plan 2016 – 2020 and for setting the policies how to implement IT projects in the government. While working at Arthur D. Little, Dagmar helped to design and implement a national cloud-based eHealth system running on zero-clients in Kosovo. In the company Frequentis, she was responsible for the safety and correct implementation, integration and optimization of the world’s first IP-based radio networking and communication system for the air traffic management project of the Polish Air Force.
