Juraj Bardy graduated from the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics at the University of Zilina where he concentrated on the applied informatics. He is devoted to the public IT since 2009. During the period 2011 - 2012, he was advising the Ministry of Health in Kosovo and oversaw the procurement and implementation process of the national Health Information System. He worked for the Slovak Ministry of Finance where he helped to prepare the new programming period 2016 - 2020 since 2013. The main outcome was the preparation of the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure, priority axis 7 Information society and its successful negotiation with the European Commission. Now he is an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister's Office for investments and information society where he contributed significantly to the National Concept of eGovernment and is now advising how to improve the data layer of the eGovernment.
